Payment
We accept payments by card (Visa, Mastercard) through PayPal, as well as PayPal and wire transfers. If you choose to pay via wire transfer, we will provide you with the necessary bank details once your order is placed.
Delivery
Normally, orders are shipped within 3 — 5 business days after the payment. To request shipping options or an alternative carrier, state this in the order notes before the checkout, and get in touch with us to arrange.
Products from the Available on-demand store section are produced individually after we receive your order and would be shipped after production. Production takes about 30 — 60 business days usually.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 45 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable.
